Tournament Registration Fees

All tournament registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed and the team’s spot has been confirmed.

Player Cancellation

If a player or team can no longer attend, they must inform The Majors team as early as possible. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

Team Replacement

If a team cannot attend, they may request to replace one or both players before the tournament starts. All replacements must be approved by The Majors team to ensure the correct level and fair competition.

Rescheduled Events

If a tournament is postponed or rescheduled due to venue issues, weather, or other circumstances, registrations will automatically move to the new date. If a player cannot attend the new date, The Majors team will review the case.
