Welcome to The Majors. By registering for or participating in our tournaments, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration & Payment
Tournament registration is only confirmed once payment is completed or proof of payment is shared with The Majors team. Spaces are limited and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Player Attendance
Players must arrive at least 30 minutes before the tournament start time. Late arrival may lead to disqualification or match forfeiture, depending on the tournament schedule.
Tournament Format
Tournament registration is only confirmed once payment is completed or proof of payment is shared with The Majors team. Spaces are limited and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fair Levels
Players must register in the correct level/category. If a player is found to be above the registered level, The Majors may move, reject, or disqualify the team to protect fair competition. No refunds.
Cancellations & Refunds
Payments are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by The Majors. If a team cannot attend, they must inform the team as early as possible.
Media & Photography
By joining our tournaments, players agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event and used on The Majors’ social media, website, and marketing materials.
Injuries & Responsibility
Players participate at their own risk. The Majors is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost items, or personal belongings during the event.
Code of Conduct
Players are expected to show respect toward opponents, organizers, staff, and venues. Any aggressive behavior, cheating, or disrespect may result in removal from the tournament.
